It's a small world.

In dinking around and trying to further familiarize myself with this blog, I found that you can click on your favorite movies and it shows others who have listed the same titles. The first one I hit was a gentleman in Gunnison, CO. Oh my gosh!!!! Mermories just looded oever me. I used to spend every summer there from 1974 to 1985. As a college drop-out, I moved to Gunnison and lived there for a year and a half working up the way at Crested Butte during the winter and Harmel's Guest Ranch during the summer. In the summer of 2007, my husband and I passed thru there and I was pleased to see that while quite a bit has changed, equally as much remains the same. Now we own property in Ohio city, CO and hope to get up there much more often. What a nice happenstance this morning!

Hmm...

Since my sleep patterns are so off, I have been up since 3:45 am working on a couple of projects. While I really prefer to sleep till at least 5:30 or 6, there is a certain pleasantness to the house when all (including the new puppy) are asleep and quiet. I'll work more on the blog later along with more photo-palooza.

Hmm, I don't like the way the photo looks. I'll will try some different set-ups. Wrong light, wrong background as well, I think. If anyone is seeing this, any suggestions?

Okay, I am learning how to post pics. Let's see if this works.
I met some wonderful women at An Affair Of The Heart (spr09) and they invited me to come look around Creativelifediary and to sign up for the workshop on this coming Sat.
It took awhile for me to get a RoundTuit TM, but here goes.
I love to piddly-fart-around and create things. I sew, knit wide long things and thin long things, cook (not bake), perform at ren-faires and have an addiction to fabric. I am stepping out in faith that I can help support my family while I am in school thru the selling of the crafts I enjoy creating. Having said that, I have no idea where to start. I have in the past sold projects literally off my back, out of my cart at WallyWorld and by word of mouth. Actually attempting to do this via the web is somewhat overwhelming, but I never back down from a good challenge.
I will throughout this process try to remember that, "When shooting for the moon, even if you miss, you still get a trip through the stars".
